Heat Transfers

Manufacturing the highest quality heat seal transfers, digital prints, numbers and lettering and computer cut logos and vinyl materials.

All products can be applied with ease with the use of a quality heat press machine.

All these services can all be supplied to you to be applied in-house to cover all your printing needs. The application is simple but effective when applied to t-shirts, polos, hoodies, windcheaters, hats, sports bags, tote bags, towels and many other products.

Every job is different, therefore we have a number of different processes to suit all printing requirements for:

• fashion wear
• sportswear

• promotional items
• and sublimated garments.

Vinyl Transfers

Fine detailed multi coloured pocket logos are suited to this process, but we can also print larger sizes if required.

We have two different material types:

• White Vinyl Non-Stretch
  
• White Vinyl Stretch
  
• Sublimation blocker

The sublimation blocker is just that, it blocks the dye in the sublimation in the garment from coming through the material as so often happens.

Custom Transfers - Colour Copy Transfers

This type of transfer is the low budget version of transfers. They can only be applied to white or light t-shirts.

The quality while still good is not as sharp and detailed as the spot or 4 colour process transfers.

They are great for small quantities and one off events such as birthdays, bucks & hens days or family photos to be applied to t-shirts.

This method of transfer is not suitable for all images and it is best if the design set with-in a border.

As we receive many request each day asking for samples to be sent for inspection of our quality and colours. It is financially impractical for us to send out samples on every request. Samples are available for purchase and are sent out by Express Post.
