The Digital Knight clamshell heat presses feature a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid steel welded framework. These machines boast a lifetime warranty on the heat platen, and an unprecedented 3-year warranty on the heat-control electronics. The heat platens use SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology, a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery & fast heat up times.

Our clamshell presses open much wider and lift up far away from the rear of the pad, staying away from user hands. The extra long & wide handle and smooth gas shock lift make for the easiest and safest clamshells to operate on the market!

Auto Release Option for DK16
Available for the DK16/20 is our new automatic release feature. This amazing high-tech upgrade makes your Digital Knight clamshell act like a semi-automatic, air operated press, without the compressor! Simply close the press as you normally do, and at the end of the digital timing cycle the press releases automatically.

This upgrade is factory installed by a technician at no additional charge when purchased together with the press. However, for a pre-existing press, customer installation is easy and fast.

George Knight JP12-JP14 JetPress

The JetPress machines are a heavy duty line of low-cost, economical swing away heat presses. Intended for start-ups, home use, and non-commercial, hobby-oriented transfer printing, the JetPress machines are ideal for ink-jet, bubble-jet, laser, copier & sublimation iron-on transfer paper users seeking professional quality imprinting results, without the costs associated with commercial press equipment.

The JP12 and JP14 feature a Digital Countdown Timer, adjustable Temperature Control and Temperature Readout, and adjustable Pressure. These presses apply several hundred pounds of clamping force with little operator effort, at much better pressure and temperature a hand iron can deliver, at a fraction of the time.

The Digital Combo multipurpose swing-away heat press comes standard with a 14” x 16” (355 x 406mm) heat platen and lower table.

Its raised pedestal bottom table using the 14” x 16” standard flat heat platens available provides drape space, adjustable alignment and base interchangeability for even the most demanding of applications.

Attachment - Plate - 4.5”
The plate die platens feature quickly inter-changeable components for allowing the circular heating element to press inside ceramic plates. Also included is a template tray and pad for centering the plate. Press not included.

Attachment - Cap
Caps are flawlessly printed with a curved heater block and curved bottom form with a special cap stretching device. Optional interchangeable bottom forms available. Press not included.

Attachment - 1/2 Mug
The 1/2-mug attachment for the Digital Combo allows the imprinting of mugs 1 side at a time. With dye sublimation transfers, full wrap images can be perfectly applied in multiple pressings. Press not included.

Twin Shuttle Add-On
The Digital Knight Twin Shuttle Upgrade is a dual station Add-On for the DC16 or CD16AP swing away heat press.

Everyone knows that long term costs are not in the press equipment but in labour costs. Adding a twin shuttle removes wasted operator time, waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the operator to load and unload. Production is maximized with no additional labour cost.

The shuttle table creates less fatigue than swinging the head as well. Unlike easily tearable Teflon `hammocks`, this shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminium, holding any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable products without concern. Laying out fabric, shirts and garments is a breeze, with the two 14” x 16” (355 x 406mm) silicone pads positioned just like the standard table configuration on the press.

For almost double the productivity per single operator, the Digital Combo Twin Shuttle Upgrade is an unbeatable value.

George Knight DK20S/25S Digital Swinger

The Digital Knight line of swing away presses represents the most popular line of heat press machines. Because this design swings completely out of the way of the table, these presses provide complete access to load and unload materials and layout transfers. The heat platen is always face down, and regardless of the height of the product being pressed, it is always pressed evenly & level. The Digital Combo multipurpose press also falls within this category as well (see link below).

The design of the Digital Knight swing-away presses combines a heavy-duty solid steel industrial grade pressing framework with accurate and easy to use electronics. This provides the operator with the best possible features and equipment needed for today`s various heat transfer applications.

Utilising a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid steel welded framework, these machines boasts a lifetime warranty on the heat platen, and an unprecedented 3-year warranty on the heat-control electronics.

The Digital Knight DK20S is a 16” x 20” (406 x 508mm) swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20S combines a heavy-duty solid steel industrial grade pressing framework with accurate and easy to use electronics to provide the operator with the best possible features and equipment needed for today`s various heat transfer applications.

It is well known in the industry as the top-end robust workhorse of all swing away heat presses.

DK20SP
The DK20SP is an air-operated automatic table top swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20SP provides a production oriented heat press with the benefits of push button operation, fully digital temperature & time control, and solid casting design with an affordable automatic heat press price. It is available in a 16 ” x 20” (406 x 508mm) heater block size.

The DK20SP utilises the same Digital Knight control system as the as the DK20S series, and operates with a smooth swing-away fashion instead of shuttling. For demanding press runs and super consistent results, the DK20SP is an ideal press for meeting requirements that go beyond what a manual transfer press and operator can handle. The DK20SP is the industrial grade midrange solution between heavy duty manual heat presses such as the DK20 and DK20S and the GJS high production air automatic machines.

DK25SP - Air Auto
The Digital Knight DK25SP is an air-operated, automatic 20” x 25” (508 x 635mm) oversized swing-away heat press with a state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid steel welded framework. The smooth automatic pressing and push-button activation provides a productive, fatigue-free operation.

The extended 20” x 25” size of the heat platen is perfect for sublimation and large format materials pressing. The heat platen uses SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology, a system of embedded heater windings that wind tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for extremely even heat, fast recovery & fast heat up times. The controller utilises an easy to read oversized-digit LCD display to show time and temperature simultaneously, and the temperature readout is accurate within +/-2°. The operator can use the 70 programmable presets for saving common application settings, and the press features a high accuracy pressure regulator and pressure gauge for specific psi settings. The press is adjustable to accommodate materials from fabric thickness all the way up to 25mm thick substrates!

George Knight DK7 Cap Press

The DK7 Cap press is a fully functional cap press for printing the front face of any sized headwear.

The DK7 has a unique hold-down device that pulls the rear strap of the headwear down against the pressing surface, holding the cap in place. The DK7 accepts different sized interchangeable tables (standard size included) for accommodating youth & child sized caps, fitted and low profile caps, and many other items.
