Spot Colour – Screen Printed Transfers

Spot colour transfers can be from 1 to 7 colours. We have 3 different sheet sizes (24cm x 28cm), (31cm x 28cm) & (32cm x 36cm).

We charge per sheet not per logo. So you can fit one logo or as many small logos as you can per sheet. Our minimum quantity is 25 sheets per job.
The good thing about transfers is that you only use them when you need them you are not left with a whole lot of pre-printed shirts.

There are a number of different transfer processes:

• We have Hot & Cold split transfers that allow two different finishes.
  
• Printable Adhesive transfers for stretch fabrics such as lycra and swimwear
  
• Nylon beaded transfers for schoolwear, sportswear & workwear for a harder wearing finish.
  
• Glitter transfers are also available.

Screen Printed Transfers

Photographic Screen Printed Transfers

This type of transfer has the 4 primary colours make up all the colours of the rainbow. This allows fades, shades and reproduced photos to be produced as a transfer. This process is more expensive than a spot colour transfers but the detail and quality is far superior. The sheet size is (29cm x 36cm). We charge by the sheet so there can be one logo or a number of logos per sheet.
There are a number of different process's the main one being that the transfers are back with white to allow the transfer to be removed from the paper, in addition we have:

• Printable adhesive for application to stretch fabrics
  
• Nylon beaded transfers for a more durable finish.

Ink Jet printed transfers

This type of transfer is the low budget version of transfers. They can only be applied to white or light t-shirts. The quality while still good is not as sharp and detailed as the spot or 4 colour process transfers. They are great for small quantities and one off events such as birthdays, bucks & hens days or family photos to be applied to t-shirts.
