Payment & Terms

Printing jobs after approval and payment have a MINIMUM 10 business day turn around, these times can increase due to stock & freight times. If you have a specific date that they are needed for please advise us of this, faster times can be arranged upon request.

Prepayment is required before print production can commence.

Payment is most easily made by direct bank deposit, or by credit card.

Note a 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Courier charges apply for delivery at Courier rates, we take absolutely no responsibility for lost or late deliveries caused by couriers.

We do not WARRANT any printing of garments that are supplied by the customer.

Any products that we supply carry a 30 DAY WARRANTY to the printing, generally we do not refund but will reprint/supply if the problem is ours, upon return of the product.

Once we have received your order we will issues you an invoice and our account details for payment.

When your payment has been made, please email us a copy of your official bank transfer confirmation page and we can arrange for the immediate dispatch of your order.

Accounts are available to clients with a trading history of over 1 year.
